The concept for these light fixtures was the cornerstone for the Deviant Libation tasting room aesthetic. Tim wanted the lighting to resemble the Lament Configuration puzzle box featured in Clive Barker’s Hellraiser. He brought this concept along with the individual sigils that he had drawn for the logo to John Morgan of Morgan Design Build. With technical help from Jay York of Grove Brands and Bryan Nichols of Etch Pros, John got the files put together that Bryan was able to laser cut at Etch Pros. John collected the pieces that he then painted/stained, wired and assembled into what we have on display.
An allegedly cursed object, according to some present and former staff, this statue was here when we got the space. It was holding it’s head in it’s hands when we found it, but it was repaired by a friend and secretly blessed by more friends.
